Trish Faass graduated in 1985 from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Electrical Engineering and went to work for Advanced Interactive Systems in Waltham, MA doing embedded software development. In 1993, she went to work for Summa Four in Manchester, NH writing embedded telecom software. In 1995, she started the technical side of NEXT Ticketing for a local Boston concert promoter and his business partners, as General Manager. Trish lives in Waban with her partner and is General Manager for Beacon IT, LLC.
Robert Hartley graduated in 1996 from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and went to work for Voicetek in Chelmsford, MA helping to develop a cutting edge online IVR component. In 1998, Bob went to work for NEXT Ticketing in Cambridge, MA to help develop and grow the nation’s first fully automated online ticketing strategy. Bob is presently living in Melrose, MA and working for Beacon IT, LLC as a Project Manager.
